We have been advised that a staff member has tested positive today ( 26th December) to COVID 19 and may have been onsite during the 48-72hrs infectious period.
Rapid tests for all staff and residents have commenced immediately, and the positive case staff member is currently isolating and following Public Health Unit (PHU) advice. All residents and staff are being monitored for any symptoms.
Our advice from the Public Health Unit is that we must restrict visitors for the next 48-72 hours, unless for essential/end of life care.
Please relay this message to any other friends and family as necessary regarding visiting.
We will be updating you all immediately as we receive new advice from the PHU via SMS or the ATV website.
