There’s a wide range of assistance available to you. Under the Government’s recently introduced Home Care packages program called CDC, or Consumer Directed Care, people with different care needs are catered for. There’s also home dementia and palliative care available. You have more control and choice about the types of care and services you access, how the care is delivered, and who delivers it to you.
